At Healthy Steps Foot Clinic, your privacy matters to us. We collect personal and health information so we can provide you with podiatry care, manage your appointments, keep accurate records, and handle billing and clinic communications.

We use Cliniko to manage patient records, appointments, and invoices. We may also use Heidi to help prepare clinical notes from information discussed during your consultation. Any notes prepared this way are reviewed by your podiatrist, who remains responsible for your care and clinical record.

We only collect information that is reasonably needed for your treatment and the running of our clinic. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only share it where necessary for your care, administration, claiming, or where required by law.
